Automatic payment reminders
PaperPaid emails your customer 3 days before the due date, on the due date, and then once a week while it's late (up to four times). You can turn reminders off.
Receipts sent for you
When an online payment comes in, your customer gets a receipt and you get a "You got paid" email. Payments you record by hand can email a receipt too, including partial payments with the balance due.
Recurring invoices

Deposits, credits and the final bill

How do customers pay my invoice?
From the invoice link, by card or US bank account through your own Stripe account, once you connect it (paid plans and trial). You can also show Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, check or cash instructions, with QR codes.
Can I record a cash or check payment?
Yes. Record any payment by hand, full or partial, and choose whether to email your customer a receipt.
Do customers get a PDF?
Yes. Every invoice email includes a PDF copy, and the customer can print or save it from their link.
