Payments without the paperwork

Customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay where available, or straight from a US bank account, on Stripe's secure checkout.
Recorded for you
Each payment is recorded on its invoice automatically. Your customer gets a receipt and you get a "You got paid" email.
Clear, fair fees
Stripe's processing fees apply, plus a 0.5% PaperPaid fee that never goes over $25 per payment, so large bank payments stay affordable. You can pass a card fee of up to 3% to customers.
Other ways to pay
Show Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, check or cash instructions on your invoices, with QR codes, and record those payments by hand.

Questions and answers
Does PaperPaid hold my money?
No. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account. PaperPaid never sees or stores card numbers.
How will the charge show on my customer's statement?
Card payments show your business's statement name followed by the invoice number, so customers recognize the charge.
When does a bank payment count as paid?
Bank (ACH) payments take a few business days to clear. PaperPaid marks the invoice paid when Stripe confirms the payment succeeded.
Can customers pay a deposit online?
Yes. Deposit invoices have the same Pay button, and paying the deposit is the customer's next step right after approving an estimate.
