Purchase orders tied to the job
Start from the estimate
The approved estimate's items and quantities are copied in, and the job address becomes the delivery address. Prices start blank, because what you pay a supplier isn't what you charge your customer.
Your saved suppliers
Keep each supplier's name, contact person and email, and pick them on the next order.
Confirmed online
Your supplier opens the order from the email, confirms it with their name and an optional note, and you're emailed when they do.
Everything linked
Each estimate lists the purchase orders made for it, so you can see what was ordered for every job.

Questions and answers
Does my supplier need a PaperPaid account?
No. They open the purchase order from the email, see the PDF, and confirm in their browser.
Why are prices blank when I start from an estimate?
Estimate prices are what your customer pays you. A purchase order needs what you pay your supplier, so you enter those costs yourself.
Can I change a purchase order after sending it?
Yes. Editing a sent order puts it back to draft with a new link, and you send the updated version to your supplier.
